Tracey Arrowood-Shaw is co-founder and president of Digital Joy. She is an entertainment executive with extensive experience
overseeing industry-leading production and distribution operations and initiatives. These include the launch and re-platforming of the award-winning WWE Network, the first-ever live linear and VOD global OTT digital streaming service. Arrowood-Shaw is a persuasive and respected leader, based on over 25 years of experience in the media content industries, in a storied career that spans all aspects of production, media operations, content acquisition, global distribution, programming, strategy, and direct-to-consumer product design and development. Some of her initiatives include evaluating business and tech opportunities, developing strategies, implementing sustainable cost-saving and efficient processes, identifying and driving key operational metrics, and recruiting, leading, and retaining strong teams.

Arrowood-Shaw thrives in high-performance cultures, capable of delivering tight timelines and providing the motivation required to foster a team environment to achieve company objectives. She volunteers as an ambassador for Make a Wish Connecticut, and is an events chair and board member for For a Bright Future. Arrowood-Shaw is also on the SVG Financial Advisory Board and SVG Diversity and Inclusion committee.
