Doug Bernstein serves as the SVP of digital audience strategy at Warner Bros. Discovery Sports, where he plays an integral role in shaping their sports-wide strategies, while working closely with the WBD Sports digital leadership team to drive the business’ collective connection to the next generation of fans.

Bernstein was selected as a finalist in the 2019 Digiday Video Awards for Video Executive of the Year. 

Prior to his role as SVP of digital audience strategy, Bernstein was the GM of House of Highlights, which was acquired by Bleacher Report in 2016 under his leadership. Since its acquisition, House of Highlights has grown to become the most-followed sports account on social with more than 60 million cross-platform followers and the #1 most viewed registering 3.9 billion views in October. Among its followers include some of the biggest names in youth culture including LeBron James, Kevin Hart, and Drake. 

Prior to his role as general manager, Bernstein worked as VP of social, senior director of programming and analytics, director of analytics, and manager of data and analytics. Before coming to Bleacher Report, he worked in analytics at AOL after graduating from Pomona College with a degree in media studies.
